Omega Planet Ocean 8500 XL - GALLERY
Nice fall day, decided to shoot my Panet Ocean on old-school Omega mesh (brushed):
Love this combo. A fantastic mix of vintage look and supreme comfort. LOVE IT!
This is a smart-looking watch that runs flawlessly, keeping excellent time. You can wear it easily for dress or sport. I'm a casual dresser at all times, and I think this Planet Ocean adds some distinction to my casual look. I slapped a black maratac PU 135/80 strap on it, and it's looking and feeling good. This new edition looks much better than its forerunners. The lume runs straight down the hands without any gaps, and it glows all night. I have been disappointed with the lume on some high-end watches, but this one does not need to be sent out for a relume. You won't regret shelling out the cash for this piece. It's got class, it shows good taste, it pleases the eye, it keeps almost perfect time. Love the exhibition caseback, too.
