Everest Horology.... getting closer!
If you have never heard of Everest Horology, but have a Rolex sports watch and always wanted a rubber strap, then you are in for a treat! Everest is in the process of developing a rubber watch band that incorporates the OEM Rolex clasp. Here is a prototype:
