Failed Dive Watch Project

For the last 6 months I have been working on my very own micro-brewed watch, but due to unforseen circumstances, the project was forced to be shelved. For now...

Here is a quick rendering of my design:


It would have been called "BRAS D'OR" (French for Gold Arm), in honor of the HMCS Bras d'Or. Possibly, the fastest warship every built. Read about it here:


It would have been WR to 400m, which also happens to be the Bras d'Or's designated number. The Flying 400 was a sub-killer, which was my intention. Nothing HUGE, very reasonably sized at 42mm and not too thick, at 13-14mm thick. It was to house an ETA 2824 and have a high-quality bracelet, with a seperior push-button clasp.

So for now, the project is on the back burner. Maybe one day it will see the light of day and bring back the glory the Bras d'Or so rightfully deserves. (The Avro Arrow of the seas)
