Wrist shot comparisons for Ball Watch

I was going through my library of watch pictures and figured this little compilation could be helpful. I have a 7-7.25" wrist and I also added a bunch of other watches I have owned so that people new to Ball watches can have some kind of reference.

As you can see, I have owned many watches from 40mm to 46mm in diameter (& much larger in the case of the Frogman) and the Ball watches above do not look too small, nor to large.

Hope this helps some of you that are on the fence! However, be forewarned, once you get used to wearing Ball watches... you soon realize you cannot go without one!

Xicorr Garda L.E. - IMPRESSIONS / GALLERY

I first saw this watch on Oceanictime Blog and I thought to myself what a refreshing design. It is pure, clean and so very different. I had to have a closer look for myself. So here it is:

When I was very young my uncle was a 1st mate on a Trans-Atlantic grain ship and he loved everything marine related. Especially brass bells and brass decorative portholes. This watch reminds me of a simpler time, of those gorgeous portholes in my uncles den. Back when men had dens.

It is also the first watch in years that my wife did not say "It looks like a Rolex". It other words it is not like the usual watches I show her and she really, really likes it. As do I! The strap is very comfortable, thick and definitely high-end. Nothing about this watch says generic. From the lugs to the hands to the crowns. I am really smitten.

Ball Skindiver - GALLERY

I have owned this one for a couple of months now and it has easily become my everyday wear watch. Its combination of size, weight, wear comfort and good looks make it the consummate sports watch. I finally had some time to shoot it this afternoon, here are the results:
